The primary purpose of Friends of The American Dream School is to promote understanding and appreciation of the mission, vision, and pedagogy of the American Dream Charter School, a New York not-for-profit, public charter school located in the Mott Haven neighborhood of the South Bronx. 

Friends of ADS aspires to ensure that all New York City children are provided an opportunity to thrive and receive diverse and rigorous academic instruction and opportunities; and generate funding to support the American Dream School’s, as well as to establish in the long-term a permanent endowment for the benefit of the American Dream Charter School.
